Most of us have only one question when it comes to wine—Red or white?—which means we've been seriously missing out. Turns out there's a new trend in winemaking: using anything but grapes.
Vancouver Island is full of fruit in the summer, wild blackberry, juicy plums, and sweet apples. Beside making tons of jams, or just throwing them away, now you have a new choice: make fruit wine!
All you need to do is collect your fresh fruit, and bring them in frozen.
You can even discover your own recipes, blend different fresh fruits with your favourite wines.
We also have specialized labels for your fruit wine to give it that 'extra' touch while serving to your guests.

Full Batch (23 liters) $120.00
Half Batch (11.5 liters) $70.00
We now make Apple and Pear Wine. For Full Batch 90+ pounds of fruit is needed. Half batch 50+ pounds.
